Location: NYC. We have a flexible WFH schedule, however, members of our Business Operations team typically work from our Manhattan office one to two days a week.
Who We Are: Banza reimagines your favorite comfort foods, like pasta, pizza, mac & cheese and rice, using chickpeas. Why? Because we know chickpeas aren't just delicious, they're also one of the most nutritious and sustainable foods. Yet 80% of the country isn't eating enough of them. Our mission is to inspire people to eat more chickpeas and other beans, making a positive impact on human health and the environment. Banza is the fastest-growing pasta brand in the country, and our products are available in over 21,000 stores nationwide. We've been named one of TIME Magazine's Best Inventions of the Year, Adweek's Best Food Brand, and are proud to have fans at Good Morning America, The New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, and more
Your Mission: Behind the scenes of every box of Banza on the shelf is a complex network of processes that get our products to our customers. Banza's Business Operations department manages and optimizes those processes and workflows across the organization to promote effective operations and logistics, and enables us to scale quickly. Whether it's managing customer orders, analyzing demand, or optimizing inventory, we're constantly reevaluating our practices and challenging the status quo. Continuous process improvement is one of our core principles.
We are looking for someone to join our skilled team and help elevate Banza's demand planning function. If you've ever wanted to help build the backbone of a growing food company, here's your chance.
