Job Summary
Manage international tax aspects of US tax compliance
• Supports US international tax calculations of the company (i.e., TCJA, Subpart F, etc.) as they relate to restructuring and tax planning.
• Oversees the review of US international income tax returns, disclosure statements and elections as they relate to restructuring and tax planning.
• Assist in gathering information to support international aspects of the IRS Compliance Assurance Program ("CAP").
• Collaborates with Treasury to develop tax-efficient repatriation strategies that are in line with the goals of the company and execute on such strategies.
• Assists with the monitoring of US and international income tax legislation and evaluates impact to the company.
• Research complex tax issues for international tax planning, M&A, tax accounting, and tax compliance.
• Identifies transactions that have tax implications and model the impact of various planning scenarios on the company's tax profile.
