Sales Coordinator Fine fragrance (FF) F/M/D – your future role?
Within our Fine Fragrance Sales team, in collaboration with one of our Key Account Managers, your role is to coordinate all customer requests in order to provide the best sales service and support in the follow-up of projects.
You will be responsible for:
Customer projects:
Manage commercial projects in our system according to the information provided by the KAM, respecting data relating to standards, prices and client comments;
Monitor projects' progression in a regular and precise manner, management of deadlines, reception of customer databases, sending documents, etc;
Problem solving and anticipation of solutions to various situations.
Business Coordination:
Liaise between the various internal stakeholders: sales administration, formula management, planning, quality control;
Manage sample requests and ensure that concentrates are sent out;
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory files with our internal experts;
Provide reports on stability test results to the customer;
Coordinate reformulation projects following the various amendments;
Pricing & Business Analysis:
Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to define price offers: carry out preparatory work and provide information on costs and margins;
Update the price list and check the accuracy of the prices entered in SAP.
Manage our internal sales tracking tools, keep record of sales trends and report important sales statistics to the team.
You have:
Bachelor's Degree ( Bac+3) or Business School degree
5+ years of proven work experience in a Sales department, preferably in our industry, to meet the high expectations of our clients
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent command of English (written and spoken on a daily basis) is mandatory
Strong availability to respond to our client as quickly as possible;
A sense of initiative and customer service;
Professional use of the Office package (Excel, Power Point, Word);
Strong ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
Reliability, control, time and priority management
Anticipation and reactivity;
Ability to work independently.
