As a Founder Associate Intern at OffBeast, you’ll step into the role of an entrepreneur, bringing an ownership mentality and founder’s drive to everything you do. We’re seeking an MBA-type-of-girl/guy who is ready to dive deep, work with customers, and make impactful decisions that will shape the growth of OffBeast in the restaurant space. This role is built for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to uncover product-market fit and to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants, focusing on building close relationships with on-site teams. Guide them through every step of onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration of OffBeast products into their menu offerings.
Customer-Centric Optimization: Visit partner restaurant locations to gain direct feedback, observe customer interactions, and refine our offerings based on real-world insights. Experiment with different presentations, pricing, and messaging to enhance in-store appeal and impact.
In-Location Experiments: Conduct hands-on experiments at partner sites to determine the best product placement strategies. Use data and customer feedback gathered on-site to optimize and iterate quickly.
On-Site Training & Support: Work with restaurant staff to educate them about OffBeast’s products, ensuring they feel empowered to share our brand story with customers and answer questions with confidence.
Relationship Building & Deal Closure: Cultivate strong relationships with restaurant managers and staff, making OffBeast a valued partner. Your role includes converting initial partnerships into long-term relationships and expanding our reach within chain networks.
