Requirements
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), with a preference for experience in health & wellness or food & beverage sectors
6-8 years of brand management in multi-channel marketing within CPG; 5+ years of team management role
A passionate advocate for the company’s brands and values, with a strong commitment to driving brand success
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Proficient in syndicated data analysis, with preference for experience using IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen
Job Description
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who blends creativity, strategic insight, cultural awareness, and operational excellence to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the brand strategies and marketing campaigns that will propel Synergy and our other brands into their next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize brand strategies to enhance brand affinity, drive awareness, and build consumer loyalty and advocacy.
Oversee the creation of brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring clarity and consistent communication across the organization.
Lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns, ensuring cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
Manage the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media.
Drive product innovation by developing and executing go-to-market launch strategies that generate excitement and visibility for new products.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams to develop customer programs, brand communication plans, and sales tools that increase sales and strengthen market positioning.
Monitor business and campaign performance, report key metrics and insights to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Lead team development, fostering a high-performance culture and elevating the quality and effectiveness of work across the organization.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, promote best practices, and implement changes to enhance team performance.

In-depth understanding of packaging, advertising, promotions, shopper marketing, and the brick-and-mortar retail landscape.

Pay Range: Brand Manager - $120,000 to $130,000, bonus eligible
Pay Range: Sr. Brand Manager - $140,000 to $150,000, bonus eligible
