Join us as our new Strategic Account Partner
Welcome to our Sales team in our Food & Beverage BioSolutions business unit.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Contribute to setting strategic direction for the account (Account planning, partnership monitoring and strategic pipeline management, activity planning)
- Contribute to internal communication and alignment
- Contribute to commercial negotiation
- Drive sales in accordance with account plan and ambition, including planning and execution of corrective actions if sales develop against expectations
- Develop sales execution plans with Account Director, particularly optimize and co-monitor sales project portfolio via SalesForce in coordination with relevant sales colleague network
- Organize and drive customer engagement activities including innovation days and workshops
- Manage customer complaints with QA manager & product managers
- Co-drive launch of new concepts on local level
- Use relevant databases to analyse sales performance (incl. BI and SAP)
- Member of the Strategic Account cross functional team (Sales, Marketing, & Application): The Steering Groups
- Member of the sales network and support local activity pipe in coherence with the Account plan. This implies regular contacts, joined visits, regular internal communication and when needed seminars
Potentially relevant experience:
- Strong spoken and written English & French
- Excel / Powerpoint / Salesforces : strong skills
- Proactive and execution personality with a "can do" attitude
- Ability to coach and lead laterally
- Comprehensive experience of sales processes
- Strong technical knowledge within field or strong industry background and contacts
- Experience from a multinational company and proven record of cross-country collaboration would be preferable
- Experience and comfort in sales negotiations
- Accurate, respectful of deadlines and ability to implement changes.
