Student worker, Novonesis Quality Operations Europe
Welcome to Quality Operations Europe:
We are a dynamic team of Quality specialists supporting Enzyme food production in Novonesis EU (Bagsværd, Fuglebakken, Kalundborg). We work closely together as a team and are highly depending on each other’s competence to unlock our collective strengths. In our everyday work we handle many ad-hoc situations when production needs support on quality issues. Hence, we continuously need to prioritize our tasks and must be flexible and adapt to the circumstances.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student worker to support our team within data reporting and various ad hoc administrative tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with quality tasks while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to our quality processes.
- Support the preparation and distribution of regular reports and presentations.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the quality department.
- Maintain accurate records and files to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and work on solutions.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably Data science, Food science or related
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent communication in Danish and English (oral and written)
Working hours: Approx. 8 hours/week with flexible time frame
Location: This position is located Copenhagen area.
