In Quality, we continuously challenge and improve our processes to the benefit of Novonesis’ customers. We understand the quality demands/trends of markets, industries and customers and communicate those to internal stakeholders and ensure they are anchored in our quality standards.
Welcome to Planetary Health Product Quality
You will become part of the Global Quality Network with experienced and highly skilled colleagues, and you will represent Quality and Food safety in the Product Management Teams (PMT’s). In this cross functional team you are an important player in ensuring Novonesis products reach our customers in the right quality.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Making Novonesis meet or exceed customer expectations by:
• Understanding current and future requirements from customers and market
• Leading quality related discussions and decisions
• Ensuring quality and compliance of products within Novonesis Food or Planetary value chains
To succeed you must:
• Be able to promote business opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on Quality standards
• Be able to connect authority demands, customer needs and quality and food safety requirements, with production capabilities, to enable sustainable, high-quality solution from Discovery to Delivery.
• Be able to provide consistent quality leadership and guidance when dealing with uncertainty and unplanned or complex issues
• Be able to provide clear communication in a timely manner and facilitate resolution of problems to adequately meet customer quality requirements
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate in Novonesis matrix organization
You have a MSc degree and preferable have worked at least 5 years within food or biotech industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must. Experience as people manager or project manager will be a plus.
