Welcome to Operations Business Finance
The BF Operations team is part of our global Business Finance function, composed of talented professionals across different levels of seniority that are located across the globe. Our dynamic, down-to-earth culture is driven by collaboration and a shared ambition to tackle operational complexities.
We are at an exciting stage of integrating two ways of working due to the recent merger, offering you a unique opportunity to implement new methods combined with innovative approaches. This makes it an ideal time to join our team. We take pride in being trusted Finance Business Partners to the COO area, supporting financial decision making and optimization, budget forecasting, and key business reviews.
In this role. You’ll make an impact…
You will have the chance to own the Operations financial reporting. You will be at the forefront of aligning technical and financial perspectives to lead impactful reporting, planning, and automation efforts. You’ll have the freedom to explore and implement innovative solutions for complex tasks, making a lasting impact on our finance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in driving the Finance Business Cycle, including forecasting, budgeting, and monthly follow-ups across Operations.
- Consolidating financial data to deliver clear insights into COGS trends and drivers.
- Driving process improvements in reporting and performance management with a focus on automation and efficiency so that we reach a new stage of reporting excellence.
- Partnering with the Operations Leadership Team to provide actionable recommendations backed by data-driven insights.
- Researching, testing, and implementing new ideas to tackle unique challenges, fostering continuous improvement.
- Enhancing collaboration between BF Operations and Corporate Finance teams to achieve alignment on strategic reporting.
You will work closely with other Finance Business Partners, the Global Corporate FP&A team, and the Operations Leadership Team. These partnerships are essential for combining innovative thinking with strategic financial goals.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for a proactive, technically skilled individual who thrives socially in a production and operations environment. You bring a strong analytical skills-set and have a structured approach to problem-solving with a focus on data visualization and automation.
Key qualifications include:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Cand.Merc., Cand.Oecon., MBA, or similar).
- At least - 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A or operations finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a proven track record in creating automated solutions and efficient reporting setups.
- A strong interest in finance automation tools and methodologies.
- Fluency in English.
You’re a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, capable of balancing technical precision with a strategic mindset. You embrace new challenges, proactively research innovative solutions, and adapt to a changing environment with ease. Your collaborative nature ensures you thrive in a team-oriented setting.
