Welcome to Business Finance Operations
You will join the Operations Business Finance team, a diverse and globally connected group comprising finance business partners, managers, a VP, and a dedicated support team based in India. Our team blends fresh perspectives with senior expertise, valuing collaboration, mutual support, and a shared commitment to excellence.

In this role, you’ll make an impact…
… by enhancing financial reporting and transparency, creating value for Operations and Novonesis, and supporting their growth. You will co-pilot continuous improvement initiatives within Operations and finance, ensuring alignment and clarity in resource allocation and financial performance. By collaborating strategically, you will provide comprehensive insights and business support to the VP of Supply Chain and Quality, driving improvements and innovation.
Key tasks include:
- Executing and driving annual financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Providing tailored financial support to the VP areas in Supply Chain and Quality.
- Validating CAPEX business cases and monitoring progress post-implementation.
- Delivering ad-hoc analyses and business case reviews to support strategic decisions.
- Partnering on continuous improvement initiatives to decouple costs from growth.
Collaboration is vital, as you will engage with stakeholders, including VPs, management teams, and finance colleagues in America and APAC.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is an analytical and proactive finance professional with a talent for stakeholder engagement. You excel at driving transparency and delivering actionable insights while thriving in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Your expertise allows you to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation, empowering teams to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance business partnering, controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English.

Additional Information
While the role is currently defined as a one-year position, there is a possibility for extension or transition into a permanent role, depending on business needs.
