If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
A key focus area of the role will be to independently support your own dedicated business EVP area within Talent Acquisition. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies and focus on supporting them in all the recruitment steps. The hiring managers will see you as a trusted advisor and take your advice into account when deciding for the right strategy and the right candidate.
The Team
You’ll be joining a Talent Acquisition team of six, all passionate about connecting talent with exciting opportunities at Novonesis. With diverse backgrounds and perspectives, we encourage you to bring your ideas, learn and grow alongside us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage talent acquisition activities, including employer branding, diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, career fairs, onboarding and recruitment for a specific business area
• Create and implement targeted recruitment strategies for a specific business area, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, craft job postings, and utilize effective sourcing channels
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract candidates, participate in career events, and maintain a talent pool for future needs
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews and assessments to assess fit and cultural alignment, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to successful onboarding
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with business and talent strategies, offering expert advice based on market trends and collaborate with P&O Operations and P&O Partners for offer presentations and negotiations, aligning offers with market conditions and internal compensation frameworks

To thrive in this role, you must have:
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• A relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• The ability to act as a partner to the business and challenge hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment outcomes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a proactive and flexible approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
