Welcome to the Strategy and Projects
The Project Manager supports the Operations Head of Strategy and Projects by driving selected strategic projects and or programs across Operations. This role involves overseeing project processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering measurable business value. Responsibilities include driving the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects that align with Operations and Novonesis objectives, as well as providing financial and budget guidance when relevant.
In this role you’ll make an impact…
… when planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects. Your expertise will ensure that high-priority initiatives are delivered on time, meeting organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Beyond project execution, you will contribute insights from portfolio analysis, support long-term planning efforts, and assist in strategy development.
...in addition, some of your key tasks will include:
Driving the planning, coordination, and execution of select strategic projects and programs.
Ensuring timely delivery and prioritization of key initiatives.
Providing excellence across all project phases, including stakeholder-focused portfolio support.
Conducting thorough analyses to support business case development and effective decision-making.
Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, working alongside a network of internal stakeholders, including the Head of Strategy and Projects, Vice President of Strategy, Integration & Sustainability, Senior Management, plus other project team members and specialists.
We expect you to bring…
… strong operations business acumen and project management expertise. Your analytical and interpersonal skills will be key to collaborating effectively and managing complex projects. You should also be adaptable to dynamic priorities while maintaining a strategic mindset.
...additionally, we expect you to have the following background:
A master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience of project or portfolio management.
Proven ability to navigate complex analytical and decision-making processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Your proactive and flexible personality, coupled with excellent organisational skills, will ensure success in this role.
