Join us as our new Digital Insights Manager
Your main responsibility is to build digital maturity and governance in the data products we develop and provide to our internal customers, while also developing top-tier data insights tools. On behalf of PPO, you will manage the digital roadmap and co-develop with senior stakeholders, peers and BI-developers.
Welcome to Planning & Portfolio Optimization (PPO)
As part of Planning & Portfolio Optimization (PPO), we are responsible for driving excellence in global planning processes (S&OP) and supportive systems (SAP IBP and APO). On behalf of PPO, we own the digitalization roadmap and deliver a wide range of critical business insights tools to enable Novonesis strategic goals and needs. We are an international team of highly skilled planning and production experts, committed to shaping the future planning and production execution in Novonesis.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Drive development of our future reporting platform for business insights and enabling PPO’s strategic goals and priorities, by providing top-tier insights and tools.
- Develop and enforce insights governance to ensure high data quality and availability of critical insights.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining design principles for building easy-to-use, intuitive and scalable business insights dashboards.
- Outline and execute on PPO digital capability roadmap in close collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
- Manage development pipeline and backlog in alignment with PPO strategic needs.
- Build analytical community and proliferate digital across PPO-area.
Potentially relevant experience:
- You have a MSc. in Business Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experienced PowerBI developer with proven track record for delivering intuitive data products with flexible and scalable data pipelines.
- Experience in defining and communication of enterprise digital data strategies and solutions, potentially from work experience in the data consultancy sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your work on all organizational levels.
- A tenacious yet adaptable mindset that drives results, with a collaborative and influential approach, strong customer focus, knowledge of agile processes, and excellent networking skills.
We offer a position within PPO Digitalization & Excellence department, featuring an international work environment and opportunities to tackle complex challenges. Limited travel requirements, with a maximum of 10 days per year.
