Controls Inventory via daily corrections, analyses and preventive actions on all kind of differences and by execution of cycle count plan
Responsibilities/Description:
- Administrative processing of (email) requests and bookings in SAP
- Safeguarding the correct storage of materials and tidiness in the warehouses.
- Re-batch materials following procedures when changes to batch, material or description is necessary.
- Daily corrections of bookings in SAP, i.e. clearing of administrative bins and processing of lost/found stock.
- Analysis of stock differences and defining actions based on these analyses, to improve reliability of warehouse stock. Writing root cause analysis when required.
- Drafting the yearly cycle count plan and ensuring the follow-up of actions, recording of documents, and preparing of KPI reports.
- Accompanying internal and external auditors, in Dutch and English. Clearly explaining KPIs when necessary.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Finished MBO+; preferably in logistic, supply chain management, operations management, or other relevant areas.
- Computer skills: Excel particularly, Access preferred.
- Strong administrative skills, repetitive administrative task as well.
- Strong communication skills; clear in communication but also easy going.
- Strong focus on solutions and accuracy
- Good Dutch and English skills, both in writing and speech.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

Training / Certifications:
• SAP basic training on functional areas of expertise
• ERP systems training
• Reach truck certificate, or willing to obtain one via IFF
