In this role you’ll make an impact by:
You will represent the Assay & Screening department in an interdisciplinary team to address specific needs across multiple industries. More specifically, you will,as part of the team focus on understandingdifferent application challenges and in collaboration with our application-oriented colleagues design a screening and assay strategy to deliver relevant diversity for further testing in small scale application assays. Practically, you will develop suitable assays and set up automated screening to accommodate evaluation of small volume non-purified enzyme and protein samples. This role therefore requires close collaboration, keeping an open mind, and the ability to adapt to changing needs in the project and beyond.
To succeed you must have:
Flair for bioinformatics, data analysis, statistics and programming (e.g. Python, Jupyter notebooks, SAS JMP).
Additionally, you must be fluent in English as you will work closely with colleagues of many nationalities.
