We are very excited to welcome our new Human Resources Intern to our team!
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
The summary of your role:
Provide valuable support in carrying out the organization's day-to-day HR activities. Maintain the accuracy of employee files and assist in implementing company policies. Provide support for the monthly payroll closing.
What You Will Do
As an HR Intern, you will support in the following activities:
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new employees
- Create and maintain employee documentation
- Communicate relevant downstream information to other relevant teams and 3rd party vendors
- Generate ad-hoc or recurring reports out of the HRIS system
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Provide support for the monthly payroll closing
- Address employee queries
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
What Will You Bring to IFF
In addition to the below, we are seeking energetic, proactive, analytical thinkers with the desire to be part of a dynamic, global organization.
- Excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both verbal and written
- Ongoing university/high level education, preferably in the field of HR or economics
- Any experience in Human Resources is an advantage
- Availability to work minimum 25 hours a week with flexibility according to your schedule
- Well versed in handling confidential HR information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Must be detail oriented in order to be able to manage data entry with large volume of transactions
- Being a team player with a can-do-mentality
- Intermediate MS Office skills
