The purpose of the role is: Supervise the Global VMD and quality activities with the lead of the Global Operation Leader MDM. Work closely with the finance and technical teams to drive process and system improvements that will enable the finance organization to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Primary business partners include the Budapest SSC teams and Business Applications teams as well as transformation process leads and Global Process Owners from other cross-functional teams.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Associates
- Leading the day-to-day operations for a Team while maintaining operational tasks
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators, such as accuracy and timeliness related metrics and highlight challenges to the operation leader.
- Drive optimal utilization of the teams
- Advising and executing mitigation plans ensuring a smooth delivery
- Proactively escalating to the operation leader in case of issues
- Participate in Interviews
- Executing of timely performance reviews within the team
- Ensuring smooth delivery of Vendor and Customer Master data, Financial Master Data domains, including the Master Data quality processes
- Other duties as ordered by the direct manager

Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- Preferable 3-4 years of relevant experience, of what 1 as coordinator or similar
- Master Data and Accounts Payable experience are preferred
- University degree
- A good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Strong understanding of MDM and reporting processes
- Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge
- Good communication and organization and leadership skills
- Great customer service is essential
- Being a team player bringing over a can-do-mentality
- Critical thinking is a must
