Location: Corlu/Tekirdag
Onsite
Preparing Refinery processing plans.
- Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute processing plans
- Controlling oil stocks and consumptions.
- Ensuring Occupational Health and safety, and quality
- Minimizing the processing costs and losses
- Monitoring the refinery processes and advising to adjust schedules as needed
- Conduct improvement projects and adopt technological innovations to productions.
- Monitor and further increase the productivity and motivation of the blue collars in the refinery part.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Analytical, open-minded, team player, and good communication skills
- A good level of MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Preferably knowing TPM & WCM methods
- Fluent in English
- Willing to reside at Corlu / Tekirdağ
