Join us as our new Marcomm Project Manager!
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Closely coordinating with internal and external creative resources, agencies, and media partners.
Tracking project metrics, budgets, and milestones. Collaborate with digital analysts to gather data and prepare campaign reports for KPI evaluation and sales impact.
Facilitating sprints by organizing stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
Aligning and collaborating with regional marketing coordinators on key marcom projects outlined in the global marcom plans for plant and food, beverages, meat, and prepared foods.
Co-leading quarterly marcom reviews for three industries, coordinating with a broad stakeholder group to gather input and execute plans.
Collaborating with the internal Launch Manager and Customer Experience (CE) Manager to update launch one-pagers and campaign slides for Univar.
Potentially relevant experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, including content updates and project tracking
BS/BA in relevant field
Experience organizing stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprints. Scrum certification strongly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments (creative, marketing, and regional teams) and regions. Exposure to European work styles is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create copy. Copywriting experience is an added bonus.
Location:
Franklinton, NC (near Raleigh) - Hybrid

Expected salary range: $125,000 - $140,000
