As La Vie's CFO & Key COMEX member, you will manage financial operations, provide strategic financial insights, and ensure regulatory compliance to push our growth to new heights🚀. You will lead a great team of 3 people in finance & accounting and report directly to our CEO & co-founder, Nicolas.
- Provide Strategic financial leadership to guide La Vie™ in achieving its short-term and long-term financial goals
- Work closely with other COMEX members to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's overall vision
- Help write the right equity story for La Vie
- Initiating & leading financial operations as fundraising, M&A, debt funding
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the company's financial health and stability
- Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
- Implement cost-effective strategies and optimize financial resources to maximize profitability
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them effectively
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
- Provide support in our Global expansion
- Manage the finance & accounting team, boosting a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Proven experience as CFO in the FMCG sector
- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills
- A hands-on attitude is unnegotiable
- Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Leadership and team management experience
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus!
- Available to work in our Paris office at least 3 days per week and occasionally add traveling to our production partners
Recruitment Process
Process You will have a first video call with our Head of People Apolline, a second interview with our CEO, Nicolas, and a business case to present to COMEX. We will also ask you to share your references 😉
