To our team in Kalundborg we are on the lookout for two driven automation engineers or similarly qualified individuals who bring a robust understanding of the hardware integral to process control and exhibit proficiency in the programming of these intricate systems.
As a collective, we are committed to engineering resilient solutions that support production process.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
In-depth knowledge and, ideally, hands-on experience with DCS or PLC process control systems
A solid foundation in engineering, automation technology, or a related technical field, complemented by practical experience
A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset for tackling challenges
Broad understanding of process control and the nuances of automation
Proficiency in the creation and interpretation of process and programming documentation

The Process Automation department has experienced significant growth over the past few years, and we are excited about the future, which promises increasing demands for automation and optimization of production capacity. Process Automation is a key partner in ensuring that our automation processes fully support our business objectives
Our diverse team of 25 dedicated professionals—including engineers, specialists, and technicians—works tirelessly to bolster the production facilities in Kalundborg, Bagsværd, and Copenhagen. We pride ourselves on our proficiency in managing, diagnosing, rectifying, and advancing our process automation systems. Our involvement spans a broad spectrum of initiatives, from optimization and programming to rigorous testing and diligent post-implementation support.
To succeed you must be:
Self-motivated and equally effective when working autonomously or as part of a team
Adaptable and comfortable managing a spectrum of tasks in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented and meticulous in project participation
Analytical and decisive when addressing and resolving tasks
An excellent communicator who can liaise seamlessly with various teams and departments
Supportive of organizational strategies and directives
Committed to providing exceptional quality service with a fervent dedication to your craft
Given the role's collaborative nature and interaction with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations, fluency in both English and Danish is a prerequisite.
