IFF is looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join our payroll team. t
The role is based in Paris and offers a hybrid work model.in this role, you will be responsible for managing the monthly French payroll processes for 500 employees within a dynamic international environment.
Participation in monthly payroll run for multiple legal entities Execution and monitoring of internal controls Contact person regarding payroll related matters for internal and external stakeholders Active support in improving local payroll processes Participation in projects
Scope & Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of payroll processes with various external service providers
- Monitoring of monthly payroll results; resolution of issues
- Execution and review of internal SOX controls
- Processing of inquiries from auditors, local authorities and internal stakeholders
- Contact person for employees regarding payroll related matters
- Participation in projects, e.g. extension of payroll responsibility covering additional legal entities

Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience required
- Relevant professional training/bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge of local wage tax, social security and pension regulations required
- Fluency in French required
- Good English skills required
- Excel knowledge required
- Working experience with time and attendance systems preferred
- Experience working with payroll providers preferred
