Today Griffith Food s Europe has a vacancy for a talented Principal Food Technologist with experience in protein /meat technology.
Your Role :
Develop new product s for our targeted customers
Create innovative functional seasonings, sauces & coating systems for protein-based substrates
Be the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe
D evelop presentations , organise and execute workshops in cooperation with sales and marketing
Conduct raw material evaluations
Your Profile :
Master / bachelor in F ood S cience or Technology with min. 3 years of experience in meat processing .
I f not complying with degree , a candidate with a proven track record in meat processing is also eligible
Language skills: fluent in English and Italian
Computer skills: MS Office
Culinary experience is a plus

Strong team player and able to work independently on product development projects
Self-confident and e nthusiastic in present ing product concepts to customers
Creative, e fficient and wel l- organised
Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers with the application of o ur products in their factories
