About The Position
You will be:
Scouting and External Partnership Management: Proactively identify new trends, technologies, and external opportunities within the foodtech landscape. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including startups, universities, and suppliers, to enhance innovation pipelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to align on strategic goals and ensure support for ongoing projects.
Project Leadership: Drive innovation projects by establishing clear milestones and deliverables. Communicate progress, challenges, and goals effectively to all stakeholders and make decisions to ensure alignment.
Risk and Timeline Management: Anticipate risks and delays, develop contingency plans, and adjust project timelines as needed to meet deadlines. Collaborate with teams to optimize resources and prioritize project activities.
Strategic Supplier Relationships: Manage strategic collaborations with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and supporting the growth of innovation through external partnerships.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are a dynamic and outgoing professional with 5 years of experience in the foodtech or FMCG space, adept at identifying trends, managing innovation programs, and building strategic external partnerships. You excel at driving cross-functional development projects, fostering collaboration, and navigating fast-paced environments with strong communication, creative thinking, and up-to-date technical knowledge. You have the necessary experience with scouting for new players and technologies in the Food and Biotech industry.
