In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Responsible for the management of all greenhouse activity, including planning and execution.
Organize activities during holiday (mainly watering of plants) to ensure the continuity and no modification of the condition of the assays.
Daily Control of greenhouse conditions to guarantee normal execution of assays
Guarantee material supplies for greenhouse assays, control of stock and material request when necessary for laboratory and greenhouse.
Rigorous observation off assays, and implementation of strategies, methodologies and plans to develop the information and interpret findings
HPLC support and development of methodologies when necessary
Execution of planned activities for development of new products and processes up to pilot scale pro- duction and stability studies for LCM-Projects
Encourage, implement strategies, methodologies and plans to develop the information and interpret findings
Collect and analyze the data acquired
Document and record information by making the entries, recording, and storing of information
Determine the compatibility of the products (prototypes and current commercial products) with relevant chemistries and assess the performance of competitors’ products.
Work in collaboration of the staff to carry various projects as a team and provide guidance and training if necessary
Develop abstracts, presentations and reports of activities of the area
Participate in scientific meetings, conferences, symposia, etc, of the field
Contribute to the preparation of promotional material such as brochures, banners, presentations and publications in scientific papers, where applicable.

Potentially relevant experience:

M.Sc. in Biology, biotechnology, microbiology, or other relevant scientific discipline, with knowledge and experience in plant physiology.
Good communication and networking skills
Fluence in English is mandatory
Statistical analysis of data
