eSourcing Event Management
Plan, execute, and manage eRFP (electronic Request for Proposal), eRFQ (electronic Request for Quotation), and eAuction events from initiation to closure.
Work with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, scope, and timelines.
Develop and configure event templates and parameters within eProcurement platforms.
Supplier Engagement and Management
Train suppliers on eProcurement tools and provide technical support throughout the process.
Act as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Support & Execution
Collaborate with category managers, buyers, and other internal teams to align eSourcing activities.
Run e-sourcing events identified across different categories continuously.
Identify opportunities, lead and execute new initiatives to ensure full utilization of eProcurement tools, in line with leading practices.
Ensure that bidding templates are updated e.g. with new regulatory or sustainability demands.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on eProcurement tools and processes.
Responsible for communicating best practice on Procurement hub and proactively seek insights on best practice templates externally
Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
Feature Upgrades and Troubleshooting:
Coordinate with IT and/or third-party solution providers to implement feature upgrades and system enhancements.
Test new and implement new features to ensure they meet user requirements and improve procurement processes.
Provide functional support and guidance to users experiencing system issues.
Stay updated on best practices and changes in technology.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze supplier submissions and bid data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Create and deliver post-event reports, highlighting outcomes, savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus.
2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with hands-on experience in eRFP, eRFQ, and eAuction processes.
Proficiency in eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Scanmarket, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and stakeholder engagement.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
