You’ll be supporting our Global Financial Planning and Analysis team including local markets with our planning system BPC, driving the creation of the Planning roadmap with full IT accountability of our BPC solution.
You’ll be the IT Finance Planning Analyst, seeing the big picture and localising it to the market at hand. Have an understanding of standard planning processes and have the ability to understand, document and drive local requirements working closely with our third-party development/change team to develop and deploy solutions in a timely and cost efficient way. Using your Planning System Experience and Business Analyst skills to document and represent your stakeholders in the delivery of a change/new business requirement.

To excel as an IT Finance Planning Analyst at Flora Food Group, here’s what you’ll need:
Ownership and Business Process Expertise
- Act as the primary system owner, supporting the global FP&A team, stakeholders, and users for business process changes and planning needs. A background in SAP BPC Embedded or similar systems, as well as an accounting qualification, is advantageous.
Analytical Skills and Technical Knowledge
- Utilize standard business analyst methodology to drive change, combined with a deep understanding of planning processes (e.g., volumes, COGS). Experience with report and form development (BW Query & AfO), ABAP, and Fox Formulas is valuable.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Engage senior business and IT stakeholders confidently, translating their queries into system processes while supporting projects and change requests alongside third-party vendors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Proven Planning Application Experience
- With at least 7 years in Planning applications, and 3+ years in system admin and senior stakeholder engagement, you’ll lead IT capabilities that align with key business processes, ensuring support and operations excellence across regional or global teams.
