Your Role
As our Senior Finance Controller, you’ll be a cornerstone of our finance team, ensuring our financial processes are not only compliant but optimized for growth. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver insights and improvements that drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Overseeing full balance sheet and P&L controlling, including reconciliations and budget analysis.
Leading month-end, year-end, and annual account preparation to ensure tax compliance and audit readiness.
Developing and implementing robust internal controls and financial reporting processes.
Analyzing operational costs and projects to provide actionable insights.
Enhancing finance tools and processes, including BI reporting with Power BI.
Supporting finance model maintenance and managing cash flow.
Engaging in reconciliations, ad hoc tasks, and varied finance projects.
What You Bring To The Table
We’re looking for someone with:
A solid financial background and at least 5 years of relevant experience (controller, auditor, or consultant roles are great fits).
Expertise in Excel (advanced knowledge is a bonus).
Interest or experience with Business Central and Power BI.
Strong qualifications in accounting, controlling, and financial management.
