This position operates within Danone’s Quality & Food Safety Department and collaborates cross-functionally across the End-to-End Value Chain. The QFS Global Co-Manufacturing Network Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across our global co-manufacturing network. This is achieved by driving QFS governance and compliance to consistently deliver our promise to consumers and customers. The role involves developing and implementing QFS strategies, managing standards implementation, and overseeing performance across the Danone co-manufacturers network. It requires extensive interaction with internal stakeholders and Regional QFS Managers responsible for co-manufacturing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality & Food Safety Standards
- Support and monitor the implementation and adoption of Quality & Food Safety standards and tools for CoMan.
- Collaborate closely with the QFS Audit team to support effective audit plan implementation, execution, and follow-up.
- Develop, manage, and improve key performance metrics to prevent failures, ensuring proper escalation to stakeholders.
- Oversee and govern CAPA and improvement initiatives to address deficiencies in the network.
- Manage network compliance and performance reporting.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact for the Global CoMan Cell and network regarding QFS issues.
- Build capability across the network, focusing on QFS compliance and performance.
- Lead Global Community Networks and Centers of Excellence (COEs) for 3PM.
- Build and grow QFS and E2E relationships, strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
Training & Development
- Support the implementation and rollout of training, learning, and best practices sharing.
- Stay current with applicable regulatory and certifying agency guidelines and new technologies.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Food Science, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Min 7-10 years combined experience preferably in the food and beverage industry, - Quality & Food Safety, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics
- Prior responsibility as QA Manager/Engineer for a food manufacturing facility
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expert understanding of Quality Systems, Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Food Regulations
- Trained in FSSC (GFSI) auditing schemes
- Experience managing external suppliers/ Comanufacturers
- Training and Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Risk Management
- Ability to work under deadlines, with multiple priorities
- Ability to work with Data analysis and Statistics
- Ability to work cross-functionally within organization
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Self-driven, results oriented, able to work independently
- Ability to work with confidential materials

Non essential qualifications:
- Prior experience with Customer Service in CPG company
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or similar ERP databases
- Previous experience in Food or Food Packaging Research and Innovation
