Join our growing team as a Senior Manager in the Sales organization, focusing on Global Key Accounts. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop growth-oriented strategies and tactics for the global marketplace, prioritizing relationships, sales and profitability.
- Partner with R&D, marketing and the sales team to identify and deliver product ideas and collaborate on trends, products, concepts, and product uses.
- Foster relationships with new and existing Key Account customers, identifying needs and providing appropriate product recommendations to grow business opportunities.
- Analyze and understand global market and competitor trends to become an industry expert. Use knowledge to identify sales opportunities, uncover new target markets, monitor competitor activity and develop and implement appropriate response strategies.
- Create and present compelling sales presentations.
- Actively support and engage with a highly knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team, focused on international sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Food Science or Business preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in Technical Sales, Account Management, and/or New Business Development within the food/ingredient industry.
- Track record of successful results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
- Must be able travel at least 50%, both domestic and internationally.
