You will join the global Rewards & People Analytics team with approx. 20 team members located globally. This team is responsible for setting the new Rewards and Mobility principles and processes supporting the global growth of Novonesis
The Global Rewards analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research, interpreting data, making recommendations for effective reward processes, collaborating with P&O and other stakeholders and developing tools to support reward programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Leveraging data and analytics to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of global rewards programs
- Data support in standardized global reward processes. It includes performance management, promotion process, global annual salary review, incentives management.
- Support international assignments through for instance, contact to vendors, organizing documentation related to international assignments, such as visa applications, work permits and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative support for global mobility initiatives
- Manage the salary benchmarking process through submission to external providers and evaluation of results.
- Collaborate with finance department on data submissions for financial planning and analysis such budget and financial follow up.
- Support execution of global Rewards processes.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in reward analytics, HR data analysis, or related roles
- Experience in administration of international assignments within a global or multinational organization.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights
- Good communication, Fluent in English and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
