In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Leading projects within Marketing & Innovation contributing to the operational effectiveness and strategic alignment of marketing & innovation activities across Business Areas
- Key for the role is to use data analysis for better market and customer understanding and identification of improvement areas
- Based on solid data analysis, develop, manage and execute projects within any of the marketing disciplines with a focus on harmonizing and developing or improving processes, tools, and systems including governance, training programs and materials
- Work closely with the Business Areas and supporting functions and build strong relationships with colleagues across regions
- Identify, promote and share best practices across marketing & innovation
- Key anchor for data privacy. Develop guidelines for data privacy for Salesforce CRM and for digital marketing including company website and other digital tools in close collaboration with legal and oversee implementation
- Projects depends on business needs but can be within any of the marketing disciplines from i.e., strategic go-to-market, business development, and product portfolio optimization to commercial messaging and value proposition framework
Potentially relevant experience:
- Excellent marketing skills or consultant background
