As a Sourcing Partner, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to understand and fulfil hiring needs. Our team values open communication and cooperation, striving together to attract and secure the best talent for Novonesis. You will work in a supportive and innovative environment dedicated to our growth and success.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Partnering up with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to support hiring needs and effectively close job requisitions with top talent sourced by you. You will develop search strategies and plans, using various techniques to source and attract top talent. Additionally, you will establish strong relationships with candidates, aligning their career goals with potential opportunities within Novonesis.
In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
• Formulating search strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Using professional networks to proactively search for potential candidates.
• Performing initial phone screenings and assessing candidates for fit.
• Conducting market mapping to identify top candidates.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through transparent communication.
You will work closely with colleagues across various departments to refine sourcing strategies and incorporate DE&I practices in recruitment. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key components of our approach.
To succeed you must hold:
- A minimum work experience of 5 to 8 years with an exposure to recruiting for the Middle East and Africa regions.
- Experience of working for a recruitment consulting company.
- Experience with Boolean search, various sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in using LinkedIn, other professional networks and Job Portals.
- Strong understanding of market mapping and intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with strong communication and analytical skills. You should be experienced in sourcing and recruitment, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Your ability to implement DE&I practices and challenge biases is essential.
