Can you check these boxes?
- Bachelor or Master in food technology, process engineering, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or in a similar field
- First experiences in the field of protein extraction or extrusion
- Minimal know-how in the field of plant proteins or plant-based substitutes
- Sufficient experience in lab work to organize yourself independently
