Main Responsibilities:
- Perform basic and process Engineering
- Select technical and technological solutions.
- Dimension the main plants and machines
Specific Activities:
- Verify from a process point of view, the flow diagrams (PFD) and, if any, the P&IDs produced by the sales office during the quotation phase.
- Responsible, from a process point of view, for the flow diagrams (PFD) and if any of the P&IDs produced by the Project engineers / technician during the development of the order according to customer requirements.
- Carry out the dimensioning of the systems, in particular the dimensioning of the pneumatic conveyors.
- Verify, from a process point of view, the layouts designed by the layout engineers.
- Executor of the technical documentation according to specifications.
- Guarantee of the technical assistance during the testing phase of the plants, both remotely and directly at the premises of the customer's plant.
- Define process control, compiling the Process Description.
- Elaborate the data sheets and specifications for those special machines that have a high influence on the process.
Activities on request:
- Provide technical advice and support to the sales department for the development of projects
- Verify the technical choices made by the sales department during the quotation phase based on any new plant and customer specifications.
- Take part in technical meetings with the customer.
- Support the Project Engineer in the preparation of the data sheet.
Your Profile:
Preferrential Requirements For Access To The Position
- Bachelor’s degree or similar background and prefer major in Chemical Process Engineering / Mechanical engineering and Industrial Engineering chemical engineering.
- 5+ years working experience and at least 2 years proven chemical process engineering experience in companies in the same industry or similar ones.
Skills Required For The Position
- Familiar with MS office tools, with good commend for software Word / Excel and AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of industrial plant engineering and understanding for technical equipment / layout drawings and related technical manual instructions.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills both in Chinese and English.
