In this position you will...
- overseeing the entire quality process, ensuring all production follows specifications and quality standards (GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 etc.), verifying finished goods are safe and meet all quality parameters before release. This includes identifying and addressing any non-conformances through corrective actions, working with production for in-process control, and supervising your team to ensure accurate equipment testing, data management, and overall quality compliance
You will be responsible for...
- Ensure the correction of quality, quantity of in-process samples, WIP, finished goods by following sampling plan
- Verify accuracy of data record of in-process all control
- Issue CAR to related departments when non-conformances are found and determine the management of those NCs
- Issue COA of finished products
- Conduct product releasing which compiled with specification.
- Supervise and develop QC and QA staff skills for good professional practice
- Control of GHPs, HACCP and maintain all HHT quality to meet requirements.
- Support or lead validation in the part of quality concerning to improve business growth and meet customer target.
- Report trend data to QA senior supervisor and team in daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
- To be a team key leader for in-process investigation of non-conforming issues to solve the issue
- Support customer complaint investigation
- Support other departments request on quality
- Comply with ad-hoc tasks as per assignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science or a closely related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. (Experience in FMCG is a strong plus.)
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems (GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000, etc.) is highly desirable
- Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken communication)
- Prior experience in the food industry, especially beverage manufacturing, is a significant advantage
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
