In this position you will...
- be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of coconut meat, water, and related components. You'll ensure accurate stock reporting, timely data entry in the ERP system, and support the warehouse and logistics manager with managing 3PL operations (warehousing and transportation) across our Samut Sakhon Factory, external cold storages, and co-manufacturers. You will be responsible for...
- Supervise day-to-day operations to the team both warehouse and transportation activities such as truck schedule, inbound & outbound deliveries, space allocations
- Review and reconcile the correctness of figures from receiving to distributing. Ensure the numbers are correct and up-to-date physically and systematically
- Provide the actual stock on a regular basis. Identify the correct status as per agreed with related teams
- Work within supply chain team to optimize inventory level
- Manage monthly stock reconciliation as well as physical count
- Coordinate with accounting team to reconcile invoices and excise tax related to warehouse activity
- Manage 3PL (Both External WH and Logistic) on day-to-day activity and related topics. Ensure to maintain 3PL best practice including GMP, HACCP, and other quality controls met with company's requirements
- Provide KPIs and reporting related to warehouse and logistic activities
- Support warehouse and logistics manager for other necessary related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
- 5 years+ of experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution management experiences, preferably within FMCG and Food industry
- Experience in operation and process improvement (warehouse and transportation management preferred)
- Proficiency in concurrent supply chain planning tools and software (e.g, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and data base skills are essential
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint.
