In this position you will...
- provide comprehensive support to the Senior Operations Manager in running the entire coconut operation. This includes optimizing systems for efficiency and cost savings, ensuring adherence to regulations and safety standards. You'll contribute to strategic planning, performance optimization, inventory control, resource management, and the implementation of new processes for product innovation. Additionally, you'll be able to forecast the accurate budgeting and managing operational costs, while also help guiding the team through recruitment, development, and supervision
You will be responsible for...
- Optimize staff workload and create efficient shift schedules
- Oversee daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines
- Craft production plans that prioritize safety, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output
- Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate across departments to find solutions
- Track, manage, and report on resource utilization (machinery, manpower, raw materials)
- Guarantee the implementation and adherence to GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 and other relevant standards
- Establish and uphold best practices in manufacturing and technical aspects
- Contribute to operational performance reports for the operations manager, including throughput, downtime, and incidents
- Complete assigned special tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a manufacturing plant. (Experience in the food industry or FMCG is a strong advantage.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to take challenges, multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
- Able to follow the operational procedures and prepare strategic plans to ensure adherence to departmental standards
- Able to develop or updates operating strategies, plans, or procedures
- Strong Analytical & Systems Skill, able to work in manufacturing environments, independent, result oriented & disciplined
