In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on customer engagement and market intelligence. Foster collaboration and continuous learning while building a customer-centric mindset that effectively supports sales objectives.
Innovation & Concept Development for Growth - Drive innovation by developing new product concepts across FBB categories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable opportunities while staying ahead of industry trends.
Marketing Strategy, Budget & Market Insights - Develop and execute the SEA region FBB marketing strategy. Manage the budget effectively while providing market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and collaborating on go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Partnership & Commercial Advisory - Serve as a strategic partner for global accounts and commercial teams. Provide expert advisory on pricing and positioning while strengthening key customer relationships and advocating for SEA business needs within the global organization.
Potentially relevant experience:
10+ years of experience inFMCG, B2B marketing, business development, or category management within the food, beverage, or ingredients industry.
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams with a strong focus on capability building.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global teams, agencies, commercial teams and regional markets.
Experience in developing and executing innovative marketing programs, product positioning strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Strategic thinker with strong market analysis, financial acumen, and decision-making skills.
Ability to navigate complex commercial environments, providing leadership on pricing and positioning strategies.
Strong project management skills, with experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams.
Regional experience in South East Asia is an advantage
