In this role you will make an impact by:
Conduct laboratory experiments following Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and maintain accurate records.
Perform HPLC analysis and other analytical techniques to support technical service activities.
Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and external customers.
Troubleshoot and optimize enzyme applications through laboratory testing.
Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with commercial teams to provide lab-based technical support for enzyme applications in grain processing and biofuel industries.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of laboratory experience, preferably in grain processing, biofuels, or enzyme applications.
Hands-on experience with HPLC analysis and basic laboratory operations.
Strong understanding of GLP and laboratory safety practices.
Ability to troubleshoot analytical and process-related challenges effectively.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for both research and lab operations.
Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
