Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years of related experience; CPG industry experience required, Food & Bev (preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (required); MBA (preferred)
Computer Skills: Experience working with syndicated data, preferably IRI, SPINS, or ACNielsen; Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Job Description:
The Sr Brand Manager is instrumental in our efforts to establish GT’s Living Foods as the category leading brand in consumer minds and hearts by driving consistent brand meaning and relevance. This role manages the brand portfolio and brand go-to-market execution to win new consumers and increase consumption of existing consumers, ultimately growing brand affinity and our business. Develops holistic brand portfolio strategy and growth planning and oversees the go-to-market execution of our innovation and portfolio efforts. Constantly monitors market activities and tests/evaluates opportunities for GT’s brand and product portfolio to grow. Identifies key opportunities, tactics and proposes execution plans, informed by data and consultation with cross-functional teams to increase user base and consumption. Ensures perfect product portfolio execution by executing segmentation, packaging, innovation, and renovation and appropriately communicates portfolio information across the organization. Drives cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes and ensure consistency of brand initiatives, alongside functional leaders in Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations. Builds strong relationships with the Sales organization to maximize impact of programs and sales support initiatives; assesses and builds business solutions from a marketing perspective. Works cross-functionally upstream to maximize our business opportunities (forecasts, purchasing, production, etc.) Sets and manages part of the budget for the brand team to accomplish key strategic brand and business opportunities. Trains, empowers, and holds direct reports accountable for the highest brand execution standards through ongoing coaching and development.

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
Strong project management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines
Strong attention to detail; demonstrates passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
Strong understanding of the following areas: packaging, advertising, promotions, point-of-sale marketing, and retailer trade management
Effective leadership skills; ability to develop and lead through others to drive results
