About the Role
As Marketing Manager at Amii, you’ll advance Amii's mission of “AI for good and for all” by crafting engaging content, executing cohesive marketing campaigns, and optimizing strategies that elevate brand visibility, spark interest, and foster meaningful connections with diverse audiences.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Manager brings deep expertise in developing and executing audience-centric, full-funnel, multi-channel marketing content and campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes that directly help Amii achieve its strategic goals.
Achieve excellence in four main accountabilities:
Full Funnel Content Creation & Adaptation: Develop and adapt high-quality content that supports campaign objectives and engages target audiences. Independently creates, distributes, and manages content across multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice to achieve overall marketing goals.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with strategic priorities. Manages day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, implemented accurately, and optimized for performance across email, social media, digital ads, website, etc.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign and content performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Execute ongoing tests and makes data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and conversion rates, ensuring continuous optimization of content and tactics.
Community Engagement: Encourage positive brand engagement with external audiences by monitoring and responding to live chat and social media, and supporting the successful coordination and execution of organization-wide events.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Marketing Expertise: 7+ years of experience in marketing or content marketing, including the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns and leadership
Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role managing a high-performing content marketing team (nice to have)
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in content management systems, SEO strategies, and marketing automation tools to achieve impactful results.
Performance Analytics: Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other platforms for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
Project Management: Proficiency in workflow and team coordination tools such as Asana or Trello to optimize processes and manage deliverables.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience leveraging performance metrics to refine content strategies, boost engagement, and drive conversion rates.
Community Engagement: Skilled in managing social media platforms, live chat, and coordinating community-focused events to foster engagement.
Technology Sector Experience: Experience working within a technology-focused organization (preferred but not required).
