What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead product/process development projects for continuous enhancement.
Manage site product specifications to align with design principles.
Conduct technical risk assessments on material and process changes.
Implement new raw materials using specified quality standards.
Define standards for successful project handovers in collaboration with teams.
Analyze product data and escalate deviations for resolution.
Provide troubleshooting support for product/process issues.
Contribute to Incident Management and Technical Groups for risk assessment and support.

What are we looking for?

Degree level qualification in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (Food Science/Technology, Biological, Chemical, Engineering sciences).
Recognized professional qualification in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent experience in an FMCG environment (minimum 3 years).
Good command of the English and Polish language.
Experience in scoping and managing projects in an FMCG environment.
Direct experience of food product design and food manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of food raw material functionality.
