We are currently looking for a Pricing Manager (f/m/d) who will be responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives at your location in Kempten (Allgäu) or Biedenkopf - Wallau or Weert (NL) or Bakel (NL) or Torrebelvicino (I), Verona (I) or Padova (I).

Responsibilities / Tasks

Develop and implement value- and market-oriented pricing frameworks and strategies in close cooperation with divisional functions
Carrying out market and competition analyses
Validating price change requests from internal sales teams by evaluating impacts
Assisting in initiating promotional campaigns
Tracking market trends and driving the roll-out of new pricing models (e.g., subscription, tools, and pricing software)
Monitoring, coaching and supporting functions in business lines / local country organizations on pricing-related subjects

Your Profile / Qualifications

You have a degree in Business Administration or a related field
You have prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation, preferably in B2B contexts
You possess a strong understanding of value and market-based pricing
You have excellent communication-, negotiation-, and stakeholder --management -skills
You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail
You have solid knowledge in Excel and Power Point and applicable user know-how with relevant SAP modules
Additional experience with PowerBI would be a plus
This position is a key role with strong visibility and development opportunities within our growing commercial organization
