About the role

Alt Protein Partners is currently hiring for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our high-performing team. In this role you will be responsible for becoming an alt protein industry expert and creating comprehensive market maps of new and incumbent players in the space, mastering the talent landscape.

Responsibilities:

You will own full life-cycle recruiting of technical and non-technical roles at the Lead/VP/Director/Head of and C-level and engage with global talent, excelling in finding, vetting and connecting top talent with the most impactful opportunities in the space
You will grow and maintain a network of elite executive-level talent internationally and develop detailed recruiting strategies which provide comprehensive market intelligence and facilitate the absolute best hiring decisions for our clients
You will maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail; measuring, iterating and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to track hiring and performance metrics both internally and for our clients
You will advise internally on strategic matters related to talent operations such as hiring tools and technologies, branding, event planning etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from a leading University
2+ years of experience in a talent acquisition and/or related sales or operations role
Excited to contribute to the mission
Excellent communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (sheets, docs, presentations, etc.)
