Your mission:
- You manage the Procure2Pay process for operations and engineering/R&D projects within a dedicated portfolio.
- You oversee and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- You request quotes according to specifications and evaluate supplier offers.
- You maintain purchasing-related master data in the ERP system.
- You negotiate and renegotiate prices, annual volume agreements, and contracts.
- You identify and proactively mitigate supply chain risks, including obsolescence management.
- You collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Planning, and Marketing teams.
- You drive the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Economics, or a related field, or have completed vocational training with relevant experience.
- Bring 2-4 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Communicate fluently in German and English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Think analytically, plan efficiently, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities.
- Have solid MS Office and ERP system knowledge (preferably MS Business Central).
