This role not only encompasses critical controlling responsibilities in sales performance and supply chain but also entails ownership of our IT infrastructure, ERP (Odoo) systems, and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be central in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and driving our strategic goals.

YOUR PROFILE
You are in your late twenties or in your thirties and live in Switzerland or would like to move to Switzerland.
You want to be part of managing a dynamic, young and fast-growing company, make a significant contribution, and gain insights into all areas of the company.
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and IT infrastructure management.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in controlling functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
High sense of responsibility and a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
Business fluent in German and English.

YOUR TASKS
1. IT Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Administration
Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including email, collaboration tools, and integrations.
Identify and implement IT solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.
2. ERP (Odoo) Product Ownership
Act as the product owner for the Odoo ERP system, driving its ongoing development and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize modules for finance, CRM, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Provide training and support for team members to maximize the ERP's value.
3. Sales Employee Performance (CRM) Controlling
Design and implement CRM dashboards to track individual and team sales performance.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
Work closely with sales leadership to align performance metrics with company goals.
4. Supply Chain Controlling
Monitor and report on supply chain efficiency, identifying areas for cost savings and performance improvement.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization for supply chain operations.
Ensure alignment between supply chain performance and overall business strategy.
5. Enterprise Controlling and Reporting
Develop comprehensive reports on key performance indicators for leadership.
Analyze operational data to inform strategic decision-making.
Propose and implement process improvements across departments.
WORKING CONDITIONS
We are flexible regarding where you work, whether in the office or from home.
We do not strictly adhere to 8.5-hour working days. We have to get our work done and stick to deadlines. If this is the case, you can leave early without any problems. But there are also days when you can work longer.
