We are looking for a highly organized HR and OPS to oversee and streamline daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role combines operational management with key HR responsibilities, requiring excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee relations, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties.
Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of goals.
Handle benefits administration, and other HR-related operations.
Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude, offering innovative solutions to HR and Operations related issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in executive support, operations, and/or HR management.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal, for seamless communication with clients and teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage.
Full proficiency in computers and using google suite (docs, sheets, slides).
