Aleph Farms is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless functionality of ground operations, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and regulatory standards.
👉 Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders as necessary.
Monitor the electrical systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
Responsible for repair and installation activities.
Perform and report on daily maintenance activities.
Ensure that plants and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support and solutions as required.
👉 Requirements:
Certification as a mechanical or electrical practical engineer – a must!
Certified electrician – a must!
5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Ability to track and report activities accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
