About the Role
As our Emerging Markets Head of Connections and Performance, you'll lead our media strategies across emerging markets. You'll work with teams and agencies to create exciting campaigns that connect with consumers and boost our brands.
The role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer – Emerging Markets.
What You'll Do
- Create top-notch media strategies for our brands in the Emerging Markets
- Use data to show how our marketing efforts impact sales and brand love
- Lead our central media agency to deliver innovative, high-performing campaigns
- Keep an eye on market trends and track how our campaigns are doing
- Work closely with local teams to make our marketing better and faster
- Lead and inspire our connections team with a can-do attitude
- Guide our influencer marketing programs
- Find new media and tech partners to help us connect with consumers in creative ways
- Share learnings across markets to improve our media work everywhere
- Help manage our media budgets and agency relationships
What We're Looking For
- 10-12 years of Marketing experience in in developing effective marketing campaigns- media and digital marketing
- Preferably a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Business English
- Entrepreneurial, gritty spirit and high energy, strong business acumen and ability to spot trends
- Experience managing marketing budgets and agency relationships; deep knowledge of digital media strategy, planning and buying
- Passion for connecting brands with consumers; strong leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams
- Love for data and using it to drive marketing decisions
- Team player who thrives under pressure
